items that are of the highest quality, organic, low in fat and carbs, and
generally nutritious at a reasonable price. Every week, new items are
added to our inventory so please keep on the look out before your
competition finds them!
Deliveries & Customer Service
We service all Bay Area counties and some areas outside of the Bay. Please call and
ask for what days we deliver to your area. As many of our customers already know,
we try hard to accommodate you and your delivery needs so please let us know what
you prefer for delivery. We stop taking orders at 5PM for the next day. This is the
latest in the industry that we know of. As for ordering, phone orders are always welcome
but we offer web ordering (call for ID and password) as well as fax ordering (call
for a fax sheet or use your own).
Customized Orders
For counting your inventory, we can supply you with a "custom order sheet" of items
only you order-please ask. A major function of Palo Alto Egg is to act as your personal
custom purveyor. We can find just about any product you need, source it and get it
to you with a very short turn around. If you have a new recipe item , an item you
noticed in the market or at a food show, or an item your other distributors are always
out of, call us-we will not let you down.
Customer Satisfaction
As with every distributor, there are order taking, order pulling, or delivery mistakes
and shortages. We try very hard to minimize these by double checking all parts of
the delivery process. When placing orders, our order department just sees the items
you order (so there is no need for order numbers), our pulling crew double checks
every order before loading. Our drivers take great care in delivering what is pulled.
If a mistake is made, we will fix it when you need the product not when we find it
convenient to deliver. Of course we have live inventory control so you will know when
we are out of stock at the time of order; not when you receive your delivery. If there
is a pulling shortage at night, you will receive a call first thing in the morning
so that a solution can be found.
